3.Why haven't I received a response to my question?
All emails are personally responded to within 24 hours.

6.Where can I find the terms and conditions for Utopia-Web?
There are three sets of terms and conditions. One for public
entry to Utopia-Web, another for membership and a third relating
to content submissions.

7.Why can't I view an item on Utopia-Web?
If there are no notices about upgrades or outages it is possible
that access difficulties might be due to a temporary browser
fault. Refresh relevant pages by holding down 'Ctrl' on your
keyboard while pressing F5. Ensuring that your browser has Java
enabled is essential for viewing this site and can be checked
via the following link. If your problem still persists you might want
to consider rebooting you computer and modem/router.

8.Why is the website is not working properly?
Read and apply point 7 above and if your problem persists send us
us an email with a detailed description of the fault.
If it turns out that the site is down (which is very rare) and you're
a member we'll credit your account with access equal to or greater
than the outage duration.

9.Why is the current update overdue?
If an update is running late we'll generally put a relevant message
on the Notice-Board and it will usually be due to site maintenance.
However if there's no written reason for the delay it might be a
caching problem with your browser/computer in which case you
should read and apply point 7 above. Your membership will always
be credited with access equal to or greater than the update delay.

3.Will you send me an email after I join?
No we will not. You will only hear from us if you initiate contact.
This is for your privacy as most members would rather only hear
from an adult site when absolutely necessary. For this reason you
should record your username and password. You can however

5.I just joined but my account is not working?
Please make sure you are entering your username and password

declined for some reason. Please check that your card is still valid

We are based in Australia and it can take a few weeks for your mail
to reach us. If you have not received your password after 3 weeks

7.Why was I billed twice?
This very rare but if it does happen please forward all relevant
details of both transactions to us and we will organize a refund
for the second charge and add some time to your account as some

1.How do I renew my account when it expires?
Your account should automatically renew upon expiration, unless
you have cancelled your account prior. If you have cancelled and
wish to renew you can email your request to us for a manual rebill
or simply join again via the payment gateway. If you wish to use

2.How do I cancel my account before it renews?
You must email us with your cancellation request at least 3 days
